DECREES NISI GRANTED (From Our OtC/t Correspondent) HAMILTON, Toda: . Decrees nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, were granted in following cases in the Supreme Court today:—Cecilia Blanche Penno, against William Harold Penno 'persistent cruelty and failure to maintain); Margaret Genevieve Semadeni against Caspar Spencer Semadeni (habitual drunkenness and failure to maintain ); Stephen Hale against Catherine Hale (insanity). Decrees absolute were granted to William Kirwan Purcell against Sarah Ann Purcell; Ethel Ada liaddon against Samuel John Haddon.
