CHIEF OFFICER RETURNS FROM AUSTRALIA LAW OF BOUNDARIES A complete investigation of the Australian electoral system has been made by Mr. G. G. Hodgkins, chief electoral officer, Avho returned to New Zealand by the Marama yesterday. He said that he was principally interested in the law relating to the alteration of elecufral boundaries.
