LEAGUE REFEREES
N.Z. ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING HELD The annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby League’s Referees’ Association was held last evening. The following officers were elected: President, Mr. "W. Hammill; chairman, Mr. W. Murray ; hon. secretary, Mr. H. Taylor. The various affiliated Leagues were represented by Mr. L. Bull (Auckland), Mr. T. Hill (South Auckland), Mr. W. Murray (Canterbury), Mr. 11. Taylor (Buller), Mr. R. Stirling (Wellington) Mr. A. Ferguson (Otago). West Coast and North Auckland have yet to appoint delegates. The chief general business of the evening was the discussion of several important rulings put forward by the Otago and Auckland Leagues. These were replied to.
