LADY SINCLAIR-LOCKHART’S HOME ENTERED AFTERNOON ROBBERY Thieves raided the home of Lady Sinclair-Lockhart, 6 MacMurray Road, Remuera, yesterday afternoon. Two valuable brooches and a number of earrings were stolen, as well as several other articles of personal value. i Lady Lockhart left home yesterday at about one o’clock in the afternoon. Her son returned at four o’clock, and went to his study. When Lady Lockhart returned, and went to her room, she found it in disorder. Jewel boxes had been opened and searched hurriedly, and, on investigation, Lady Lockhart found that much of her jewellery was missing. The police are making inquiries.
