The Minister of Internal Affairs, the lion. 3?. A. de la Perrelle, will make a special trip to Auckland to represent the Government at the ceremonies attendant upon the Emden’s arrival. Mr. de. la Perrelle will, on behalf of the State, exchange courtesy calls with the captain of the vessel.
