trate was of the opinion that defendant was found in a very compromising position. lie might have gone to the place to get information or from pure inquisitiveness or some more morbid desire. An outstanding feature of the case was that the evidence did not suggest that he was there for any of those reasons. The magistrate accepted his explanation that he had looked through the window to see if the son of '-he occupier was at home, and dismissed the charge
