Auckland division R.X.Y.R.. yacht-master in New Zealand waL«s; Mr. J. F. Lidgard, unattached, home-trade master (under 25 tons). All wore pupils of the Richmond Nautical School. The Maunganui, which will enter the .San Francisco service at Sydney this week, is in command of Captain YV. Martin. His deck officers are the following: Chief, Mr. N. J. Siepen; second, Mr. YY.
