Leary gave an address on “Company Law.” with special reference to the lawyer’s point of view The president of the society, Mr M J- Bennett, presided. * Mr Learv described the history of company fo’rmation and dealt with the more important points m the conduct of companies. During the luncheon a piano solo was given by Mr. Lnc Maxwell.
