COMPANY LAW ADDRESS a luncheon of the ICaraugahape Road Business Promotion Society yesterday Mr. L. p. Leary gave an address on “Company Law.” with special reference to the lawyer’s point of view The president of the society, Mr M J- Bennett, presided. * Mr Learv described the history of company fo’rmation and dealt with the more important points m the conduct of companies. During the luncheon a piano solo was given by Mr. Lnc Maxwell.
