MINISTERIALIST RETURNED FOR SLIGO (Australian and N.X. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Sunday. In the Sligo by-electiou for the Dail Eireann, General Sean Mackeoin, formerly the blacksmith of Ballinalee, a Ministerialist, polled 28,598 votes, and Mr. Eamon Donnelly, of Mr. de Valera's party, 24,621 votes.
