Isabel, widow of the late William Phillips, of Baringhup, Victoria, and beloved mother of Q. R. Phillips. of 54 Kelmarna Avenue, Herne Bay, and Walter Phillips, of Russell Road, Manurewa. and sister of Mrs. T. H. Wilson, of 26 Ranfurly Road West, Epsom.— By cable.
