BOATSWAIN’S BEHAVIOUR COSTS £i Hanging - on to a. verandah post in Queen Street yesterday, John Edgar Carney told a constable that he would neither speak to him nor move for him. Carney, a ship's boatswain, aged 42, was charged at the Police Court this morning with being disorderly while drunk. Ho did not appear, having been released on bail, and was fined £l. the amount of his surety.
