IRREGULARITIES ALLEGED MAGISTERIAL INQUIRY (From Our Own Correspondent) OFOTIKT, Tuesday. Considerable interest was shown in the magisterial hearing into the alleged irregularities in connection with the county elections held today. The magistrate, Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., reserved his decision. The petition, which was signed by J. McDonnell, who was defeated at the recent poll, and several others, claimed that a number of Maoris voted when they had no right to do
