TIMBER MILLS TO OPEN
ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED IN MELBOURNE 1,500 VOLUNTEER WORKERS Reed. 11 a.m. MELBOURNE, Today. Arz-angements are complete for the reopening of the Metropolitan timber mills. About 1,500 men bave volunteered for work under the Lukin Award. Trouble is not expected, but every precaution is being taken, to preserve order. Arrangements are being made for picketing the mills by unionists.
