HIGH COMMISSIONER
SIR JAMES PARR SAILS IN AUGUST RETURN TO DOMINION (Australian and . Frcss Association) Reed. 9 a.m. LONDON, Monday. It is understood that the New Zealand Government has advised that Sir Janies Parr does not intend renewing his term of office as High Commissioner. Sir James and Lady Parr are sailing for New Zealand at the beginning of August. Their departure is greatly regretted in London, and there is much conjecture as to who will succeed Sir James as High Commissioner.
