Public notice is hereby given that the following resolution passed at a Special Meeting of the Auckland Transport Board convened for that purpose and held on the 14th day of May, 1929, and intended to operate as a Special Order, will come up for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Auckland Transport Board to be held on TUESDAY, the 11th day of June, 1929, at 11.0 “’That the Board do by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order make and ordain By-law No. 2 of the Board as follows:” The object or purport of the said ByLaw is to make provision for dealing with applications to the Auckland Transport licences for motor-omnibuses and their drivers and to provide for the regulation and supervision of such services and omnibuses and of the conduct of drivers and other persons employed thereon.
