TALKIE PREMIERE

“INTERFERENCE” SCREENED “Interference,” the Paramount ailtalking production, which is booked for early release in New Zealand, opened at the Prince Edward Theatre, Sydney, on May 3, for an extended season. "interference” is synchronised with dialogue throughout and there are no sub-titles. The voices of Clive Brook, Evelyn Brent, William Powell and Doris Kenyon are heard. A complete supporting programme of talking and singing acts was also presented. These included Eddie Cantor. the Ziegfeld star. Elinor Glyn speaking on “What Is It?” and Ruth Fitting singing two popular song numbers.
