Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M.. “took the salute.” and Sergeant-Major Culley marshalled them for the “march past” in true military style. The temporary commanding officer convicted tho laggards and ordered them to pay costs, and warned them that the penalty would increase at any similar future "parades.”
