FINAL ELECTION RETURNS TO HAND PARTIES LITTLE ALTERED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) BRUSSELS, Thursday.. The final election returns for the Chamber of Deputies show that the Catholics number 76, instead of 78, as in the last Parliament: the Socialists 70, instead of 7S; Liberals, 28, instead of 23; Flemish Separatists 11, instead of six; Communists one, instead of two. In the Senate the Catholics 70, and the Liberals 23, maintain their positions. The Socialists, now 57, have lost three seats to the Flemish Separatists, who enter the Senate for the first time.
