DECREE NISI GRANTED On the grounds of desertion Ernest Wink-worth Speck, of Te Kawa (Mr. Finlay) was granted dissolution of his marriage with Elizabeth Speck by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday. The answer to the petition was withdrawn for the respondent by Mr. A. Moody. The parties were married in April, 1916, there being one child of the union. The respondent left home in August, 1924.
