However, the circumstances were unusual, in that were the section oir fered for sale by auction it was e r! tremely unlikely that there ould H T; a purchaser, as the land was practically valueless, being only a gully. Til council would be out of pocket through having to pay advertising and otner expenses. The advice of the solicitor* was to leave the section covered d the summons and not to attempt to sell it. .
