MEN OF KENT
LOCAL ASSOCIATION FORMED Kentishmen living in Auckland decided last evening to form a local branch of the Kentish Association in Xew Zealand, which is affiliated with the world-wide organisation. The meeting was attended by about 20 prospective members, including Sir William Hall-Jones and Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P. Sir Frederic Lang, who occupied the chair, was elected president, and Mr. S. Trigg, honorary secretary and treasurer of the new organisation. The activities of the branch have not yet been decided.
