AMBULANCE LECTURE

FOR BENEFIT OF NURSES A lecture, illustrated by a cinematograph film, was given by Dr. Neil MeDougall in the St. John Ambulance lecture hall last evening on ‘‘The Intestines and the Lower Bowels.” The lecture was a part of the syllabus of the National Reserve nursing division and was largely attended, over 100 people being present. Mr. C. J. Tunks, commissioner of the Auckland branch, was in the chair. Dr. McDougall is an honorary associate of the Venerable Order of St. John of Jerusalem.
