In the French lawn tennis championships yesterday the semi-finals of the doubles resulted: , Cochet and Brugnon beat Collins and Gregory, 6 3, 6—4, 6—3; Lacoste and Borotra beat Tilden and Hunter, 6—3, 6 —2, 3—-6, 6 —3. Final; Borotra and Lacoste beat Cochet and Brugnon, 6 —3, 3—6, 6—3, 3 —6, S—6. Mixed doubles, semi-final.—Cochet and Miss Eileen Bennett beat Gregory and Mrs. Watson, 3 —6, 6 —2, 6 —l; Hunter and Miss Helen Wills beat Collins and Miss Goldsach, 6 —2, 6—2. Women’s Doubles.—Final: Mdlle. Bouman anci Signorina D’Alvarez defeated Miss Heine and Mrs. Neave, 7 6—2.
