AVERY.—On May 24, at Auckland Hospital, as a result of accident, Edward Thomas, dearly-beloved husband of Eliza Avery and endeared father of Herbert Avery, Thomas Avery, and Mrs. J. W. Woods, of Auckland, George Avery, of Wyong, Mrs. F. Ryan, of Petone, and the late Henry Avery. Funeral will leave his daughter’s residence, 5 Wood Street, Sunday, at 1.30 p.m., for Rurewa. BERRY.—On May 23, 1929, at the Auckland Hospital, Elizabeth Cecelia, beloved w'ifo of John Edward Berry, of Namata Road, Onehunga; aged 31 years. private interment. COOPER. —On May 24, Flora, beloved eldest daughter of Mrs. D. Roy Cooper, of 11 Albert Road, Devonport; aged 20 years.
