MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR LORD ROSEBERY HOME TO SCOTLAND British OJJicial Wireless Reed. 11.20 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. A memorial service ror Lord Rosebery, a former Prime Minister of Britain, was held at St. Margaret’s Church, Westminster, this afternoon. The large congregation included many personages who were prominent when the dead peer was at the height of his career. Royalty, politics and the arts were well represented. Tonight the remains will be taken by road from Epsom to London, and thence to Edinburgh by rail. The funeral service will be held tomorrow at St. Giles’s Cathedral, Edinburgh, and the body will afterwards be interred in the private grave at Dalmeny.
