INSTITUTE WOMEN PRODUCE PLAY

“MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS” j The monthly meeting of the Henderson Women’s Institute was held in the Foresters’ Hall on Tuesday last. Mrs. Robb presided a good attendance, about 50 members being present. Messrs. Leighton and Rowntree were present on behalf of the Henderson Town Board, and addressed the members, thanking them for their support and co-operation in making necessary arrangements for the Fire Brigade social to be held on the 16th inst. Mrs. Dorman read the report of the delegates at the recent half-yearly council meeting. The programme for the rest of the year was put before the members and approved. A playette. entitled “Mind Your Own Business,’’ was then presented by the members, affording much amusement. Two new members, Mrs. Pickering and Miss Williams, were elected. Mrs. Delaney and Mrs. Fitzpatrick acted as ' hostesses for the evening.
