DARGAVILLE ODDFELLOWS

OFFICERS INSTALLED Members of the Loyal Dargaville M.U., 1.0.0. F.. attended the half-yearly installation meeting in large numbers on Monday evening. Those installed in the elective chairs were:—l.P.N.G., Bro. T. R. Page; X.G.. Bro. H. Parker; V.G., Bro. R. Hardwick. Bro. F. L. Izod, P.G., assisted by Bro. IT. IT. Tonkin. P.G., and Bro. D. M. Geaney, P.G., were the installing officers. It was decided to give the North Auckland Regimental Band the lodge’s whole-herated support in connection with running a Friendly Societies’ Queen to assist the band in its forthcoming carnival to obtain funds for enlarging improving the band room.
