BIG YOUNGSTER

WHAT should be the biggest two-year-old in the province and probably in the Dominion was seen at Epsom during the week-end. This was the Worthy Bond colt owned by the well-known light harness enthusiast Mrs. Collins. The dam of the youngster was a Hal Zolock mare who, while some-* what on the large size, has not produced any progeny near the dimensions of the young Worthy Bond. He is just on 17 hands, and well proportioned with it, while he is a most tractable juvenile with excellent legs and a head piece that suggests plenty of brains. No doubt he will take time to come to hand, but it is to be hoped he will turn out trumps for Mrs. Collins, who deserves to have a good one to carry her colours.
