PARTIES SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR INCREASES (Australian and N.Z. Press Associatio)i) BERLIN, Saturday. The People’s, Nationalist, and Farmers’ Parties in the Reichstag have submitted proposals to increase the tariffs on imported livestock, -meat and grain, the last-named by one mark a double cwt, except that from Australia and Canada, the duties on which it is proposed to increase by one mark and and a-half.
