Li pJ BAKED MEAT ROLL | G] j-±EQUI2£ED: Two breakfast- 3 tn ,|p\ cupfuls of chopped veal, rab - pj In bit, or lamb, one breakfast - nJ cupful of chopped ham or bacon , rO one teacupful of raaslxed potato, n 3 one raw beaten egg , two tabic - H spoonfuls of chopped onion, one JQ tablespoonful of chopped parsley, “j one gill of stock, seasoning to taste, one pint of thick brown jn sauce. Mix well together all the K above ingredients except the brown K sauce. Season carefully; shape like Gj a thick suet roly-poly. Toll it in (« bread crumbs, place on a well- Qi pj greased tin, and put a few shav- jj{ ings of butter over the top. Take «J in a moderately hot oven for about Qj Lj one hour. Then lift carefully on to 3 in a hot dish. Pour the hot sauce rU In over and round, and serve with r 3 [)j baked potatoes. H 1
