DEPENDS ON THE TRACK
THE Auckland-owned pacing 1 mare Evelyn Locanda claims two engagements at Oamaru tomorrow, where her prospects for better or worse will depend on the state of the footing. The daughter of Brent Locanda has put up some good essays of late when racing on top of the ground, and should conditions tomorrow prove suitable, “Scotty” Bryce will have a go'od chance of getting a stake for Owner Cucksey. If the track is heavy, however, Evelyn's prospects of success will not be held in very high regard.
