DISCHARGE FROM BANKRUPTCY
A discharge from bankruptcy was granted to Chas. Benjamin Short (Mr. Meek), builder, of Auckland, by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court today. Mr. V. R. Crowhurst, acting-official assignee, said that there was no opposition, and of the two preferential claims unpaid, one had since been withdrawn and the other liquidated.
