THEFT IN MOUNT EDEN

RESIDENCE ENTERED MONEY AND RING STOLEN Some time last Sunday night the premises of Miss Dickson, Mount Eden Road, were entered and £7 in cash and a valuable diamond ring stolen. The premises are known as “Pamela's” home bakery, but the residence of tho proprietress is at the back. Miss Dickson removed £7 from the till and took the money into her bedroom. Apparently someone was watching and access to the room was easy as tho window was open. Some time later in the evening the money -was found to be missing and also with it the valuable diamond ring.
