WINTER EXHIBITION

ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE j A meeting of the entertainment committee for the foWlicoming Winter Exhibition was held yesterday. Applications for supplying the various evening’s entertainment were received. and it was decided to hold the question over for % fortnight. The Ponsonby Boys' Brass Band was engaged for the period of tho exhibition. It was decided to again concnict a free picture display. The managers reported that everything was proceeding satisfactorily and tho entertainment section for the forthcoming fixture would be equal if not superior to any previous exhibition.
