Wireless to the “New York Times.” Reed. 9.5 a.m. BAY OF WHALES, Sunday. Today is clear again. The thermometer shows 23deg. below zero, but it is calm, and it is possible to walk with comfort. Thei sky toward the north shows only a dirty grey, with a bare suggestion of thin yellow. We will have some light in the middle of the day for a week or two yet. Sunday is very much like every other day. Our routine tasks finished, we perhaps loaf a little more. On Friday and Saturday there wa light fall of snow, which piled drifts in the lee of the houses.
