RECEIVER OF STOLEN GOODS
Having pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property valued at £ll 6s 6d, Arthur Henry William Bevan, 21, was sentenced at Wellington by the Chief Justice, the Hon. M. Myers, today to two years’ detention in a Boi'stal Institute, to be concurrent with a term he is serving. The judge said he regarded Bevan as the tool of someone else. —I*.A.
