SATURDAY’S EVENTS Competitors turned out in good style to participate in the Auckland Amateur Athletic Association’s second winter fixture, which was held on the Outer Domain on Saturday afternoon Some very keen work, was done in the four events staged on a moist track. J. W. Savidan clinched the fastest time in the If miles steeplechase, but he was handicapped out of all possibility of gaining a place.
