KOVNO ASSASSINS
STUDENT ARRESTED ON SUSPICION SKIRMISH ON FRONTIER Times Cable. LONDON, Friday. The Riga correspondent of "‘The Times’* reports that a message from Kovno, Lithuania, says a student named Vasilius has been arrested on suspicion of having been concerned in the recent attack on Dr. Voldemaras, the Premier. With several others, Vasilius was attempting to enter Poland when he was confronted by the Lithuanian frontier guards. The party refused to halt. Bombs were then thrown, and revolvers were fired. Vasilius fell wounded. The others escaped.
