RELUCTANCE TO SHIFT MOTOR-CYCLE FINE IMPOSED A burst of lurid language, in reply to a request that he shift his motorcycle, which was blocking the trance to a yard in St. Mark’s resulted in Robert Lewis appearing w court today. Lewis pleaded not guilty to a charge of using obscene language in St. Mark s Road on April 15. Wallace Hosking said that the outburst followed a request made by him to Lewis that he shift his motor-cycle. This statement was corroborated by witness’s father and brother. “I did not do it,” asserted Lewis, but Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., preferred to believe the three witnesses, and s* fine of £1 was imposed.
