Heavier Polling In County Elections

INTERIM RESULTS OLD MEMBERS SUCCESSFUL Many sitting members were returned when the triennial election of county council members took place yesterday. Polling was unexpectedly good. The results, subject to the official count to be completed early next week, are as follow: MANUKAU Elections for seats representing two ridings on the Manukau County Council resulted as follow', sitting members being indicated by an asterisk: Wairoa Riding.—’"J.
