ARMY CADETSHIPS
SANDHURST AND OTHER COLLEGES APPLICATIONS CALLED Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The Defence Department announces that applications may be sent in for one cadetship at the Royal Military College, Sandhurst. The successful candidate must be from IS to 19 years of age, have passed matriculation or an equivalent examination, and will be required to leave in July. After graduation he will be granted a commission by the New Zealand Government, and all expenses paid by it. Applications ax© also invited for the following cadetships on nomination by the Governor-General for commissions in the British Regular Forces:—(a) Royal Air Force College, Cramwell (two); (b) Sandhurst (four); (c) Royal Military Academy, Woolwich (two). In these cases all expenses must be borne by the parents and are estimated at £450 to £550.
