AUSTRALIAN RAILWAYMEN AND SUNDAY WORK
Rccd. 11 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. Said to be unique iu Australian history, two logs are to be served on the railway employees of New. South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania next Friday, for the purpose of considerably longer hours and reduced privileges for Sunday duties. Members of 15 trade and professional organisations have accepted, and individual employees will be asked to accept or reject the conditions iu writing before May 25.
