YOUNG CANADIAN M.P. APPEALS OFFENCE AGAINST GIRL (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. TORONTO, Monday. The First Divisional Court on Monday granted a new trial to Louis Auger, a former member of Parliament, who was convicted and sentenced to nine years’ gaol for a serious offence against a 17-year-old girl. He was the youngest member of the House of Commons.
