MISSING BRIDEGROOM

SUFFERING MEMORY LOSS After a bridegroom bad failed to turn up at his wedding at Spratton, Nortbauts {England), it was found that he had been suffering from loss of memory and was in Paddington Infirmary. The bride. Miss Margaret Buckby, and her father went to London and took him home. Shortly before 2 o’clock the bride went with her friends to the parish church, where the vicar was waiting to perform the ceremony. At first little notice was taken of the delay. It was assumed that the bridegroom’s taxi had broken down. But as he could not be found, the bridal party left the church and the police were informed. Miss Buckby told a reporter later that her fiance, Mr. G. E. Anderson, wanted to get married the following i clay. “We think it better.” she added, “to wait, a week or so until he has had ' a rest.”
