MENACE OF THE MOTOR
332 KILLED, 7,124 HURT IN N.S.W. LAST YEAR DEPLORABLE RECORD Reed. 9 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. Police Department figures for 1928 show that 33.2 persons were killed as a result of motor-car accidents in the State. The injured totalled 7,124. This is a heavy increase over the previous year, and the figures for the first three months of 1929 indicate that a deplorable record is developing.
