MINISTER ADMITS NEED Press Association WESTPORT, Thursday. The Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, made a tour of schools in Westport and the mining townships to-day. This evening he was accorded a civic reception. Discussing the education needs of the country the Minister said the system must be changed to meet the changing needs of the pecfple.
