This form of hettiiis appeals particularly to the -•male element, and once again they „. ul nave an opportunity of satisfying this whim. In four events at Cambridge the enncins bracket appears, the following lonteslants being coupled in respective events:— Leamington Handicap.—Carnui and Golden Stone. Trotting Cup Handicap.—Andover nnd Hal Chimes. Hautapu Handicap.—Great Parrish and My Thorpe. Farewell Handicap.—Carmel and trarspite; Childe Audubon, Liberate and Dawdler. In the latter event Wurspite will prcikihly be an absentee, and Trainer J. a-w will relv on Carmel to produce broods for'the stable. Although not linked up in the official ! card, Marosa and Scandal, who i both engaged in the resident's Handicap (saddle), are trained by Hob Hill at Papatoetoe. and will doubtless be bracketed on the machine as they were at Te Aroha.
