PROPERTY SALES AND PRICES *. A property in Fourth Avenue, Mount Albert, with a frontage of 40 feet and a depth of 152 feet, and containing a four-roomed, wooden house, was sold by William A. Horne, Ltd., this morning, under instructions from the mortgagee, for £5lO. * * * T. Mclndoe and Son, Limited, sold by auction this morning a property at 50 Kelson Street, having a frontage of 26ft lin and a depth of 93ft 6in, containing a five-roomed cottage and a stable, for £650 cash. Another property with a frontage of 32ft and a depth of 85ft at 96 Cook Street, containing a four-roomed cottage, was bid for up to £415, but failed to reach the A five-roomed dwelling. No. 8 Foch Avenue off Dominion Road, was offered at auction bv Mr. Ranfurly Smith, under instructions from the mortgagee. yesterday, and was bought in by the mortgagee, the price not being disclosed. . . _ When a four-roomed house, on a section with a 50ft frontage, at No. 21 Halesowen Avenue, Edendale, was offered for sale under the mortgagee s instructions by J. R. Robertson, Ltd., vesterdav, the property was knocked down to a cash buyer for £6OO. The mortgagee bought in a new five-roomed bungalow at 13 Warwick .Street, Morningside, when C. i. Bennett, Ltd., offered it_ at auction to-day. The price was £ 655. 4t Georg* Walker’s. T.td., sales, a bungalow of five rooms and a kitchenrneat 29 Nixon Stree‘s ot'lYer’ house property at 4S College Hill Road was withdrawn from sale.
