£2,000 FOR RELIEF WORK

FURTHER GRANT FOR AUCKLAND \ DVICE was received to-day by Mr. J. S. Fletcher, M.P. for Grey Lynn, from the Minister of Public Works,, the Hon. E. A. Ransom, that a further £2,000 had been granted by Cabinet for the relief of unemployment in Auckland. Work is to be found in the Coromandel district, the Minister added.
