CLAIM AGAINST COUNCIL Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The hearing of a claim for £5,000 for land in Ghuznee Street, taken by the City Council for street widening purposes, by owners of the property, Patrick James Hannigan and John Campbell Francis, reached finality in the Supreme Court to-day, when Mr. Justice MacGregor announced that the court was of opinion that claimants should receive £3,500 and costs totalling £75.
